Eligibility

Customers must be capable of entering into a valid transaction and provide accurate information for payment, delivery and support.

Permitted use

The website may not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, malware, unauthorised access, abusive automation or interference.

Accounts

Customers are responsible for protecting login details and activity conducted through their account.

Availability

The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, hosting, security or external reasons.

Presentation

FaHaBo aims to display fabric, colour, measurements, finish and variations accurately. Minor differences can result from lighting, screens, photography or production.

Stock

Adding an item to the basket does not permanently reserve it. Stock remains subject to successful checkout and fulfilment verification.

Care

Customers should follow product-specific care guidance. Damage from improper washing, storage, alteration or use is not an original defect.

Errors

An obvious pricing, description or technical error may be corrected. An affected order may be contacted, amended or cancelled with the appropriate refund.

Cancellation reasons

• Payment failure or reversal.
• Stock unavailability.
• Incorrect or incomplete information.
• Suspected fraud or abuse.
• Pricing or technical error.
• Delivery is not reasonably possible.

Prices and charges

Product price, discounts, delivery charges and applicable taxes are shown before confirmation. Where payment was collected for a cancelled item, an appropriate refund will be initiated.

Delivery estimates

Estimated dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. Courier delays, address issues, weather, holidays and force majeure may affect delivery.

Inspection

Customers should inspect products promptly and preserve packaging where a damage or incorrect-item claim may be required.

Three-day request window

Eligible returnable products must be reported within three days and meet the unused, unworn, unwashed, tag and packaging requirements.

Hair accessories

Hair accessories are not returnable or exchangeable for hygiene-related preference, fit, colour or change-of-mind reasons. Damaged, defective or incorrect items remain reviewable within three days.

Intellectual property

FaHaBo branding, photographs, graphics, text and original website material may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission except where law permits.

Third-party providers

Payment, delivery, hosting and other functions may be provided by independent companies subject to their own operations and lawful terms.

Customer-caused loss

FaHaBo is not responsible for loss caused by incorrect customer information, account sharing, misuse or failure to follow care guidance.

Legal limits

To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential loss is excluded. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

Changes

Terms may be updated prospectively. The version in force when an order is placed governs that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Severability

If one provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
